SETIC Group Twinner 560 mm for LAN Cables, Model GT560-4-4M (Ref : PYG9JT)

Group twinner designed for LAN cable production. Complete line with 4 horizontal twinners 560 mm followed by rotating capstan and single twist 1000 mm take-up. Possibility also as option to add taping heads for SSTP products (4 + 1 tapinge heads). Speed : 5000 TPM Line speed : 120 m/min Wire : 0,40-0,80 mm solid copper insulated by PE solid or foam/skin Each bobbin is driven on payoffs, with dancer control for wire tension setting. Pairs are pulled by extrenal capstan for electronic lay control and pair tension is set-up by exit dancer. Rotating capstan with 400 mm wheels pulls & twist the cable before going to the single twist. Take-up is single twist 1000 mm, self-traversing with a control of winding force separate from the pulling. A complete electrical panel is available with EUROTHERM drives and ALLEN BRADLEY PLC
