POURTIER LV Drum Twister 4 x 1800 mm to 2500 mm, Model RT2500 (Ref : LW8EZB)

Complete POURTIER drum twisting line suitable for cabling LV cables, round of sector shaped up to 100 mm OD. Line equipped with 4 x rotating pay-offs 1800 mm - 6 Tons and take-up 2500 mm x 1500 mm width. Equipped with rotating pulling caterpillar and 2 taping heads, tangential 500 mm Machine can run 100 RPM max. with speed up to 60 m/min. Pay-offs have separate driving motor, one for each pay-off. Tension on each core is controlled electrically, with motor on each bobbin. Loading of bobbins is from floor, with independent loading table. Rotation of take-up and rotating caterpillars are with common shaft & one motor. Pulling speed is controlled with separate motor, also rotating the taping heads, via gear boxes. Line is left to right operated.
