Line with rigid frame cage with 60 bobbins DIN 500 mm, able to run 200 RPM. Used for steel wire armouring of cables with 60 GI wires, typically from 0.8 to 2.5 mm diameter. Could also be used for screening when needed. As rigid cage, can also be used for flat wire. Equipped with tangential steel taping head 2 x 600 mm and 1200 mm caterpillar. Line shaft with one single AC motor 75 kW and gear boxes on cages/caterpillar. Modern electrical control with LENZE drive and SIEMENS PLCS S7 Includes 60 plastic bobbins 500 mm and 2 loading system for 250 kg spools. Left to right operated.
