NOKIA MAILLEFER 120/60 mm Co-Extrusion Line with SZ Cabling (Ref : XSCC7Z)

Combined extrusion line designed for either insulating LV power cables with 120 main extruder + 60 mm piggy back extruder. For Green/yellow as ex. or for sheathing cables up to ca. 20-30 mm (round or flat). For small cross-sections like 0,75…10,0 mm² copper conductors, the line can use built-in 800 mm belt-wrap capstan located inside the multipass cooling trough and run at speed up to 600 m/min. Cooling tough has 800 mm deviation wheels (2+3 passages). For bigger cable cross-sections like 16….185 mm² or sheathing cables (round or twin flat & earth), the line is equipped with inlet and outlet caterpillars 400 kg – 4 speed gear box, for speed up to 300 m/min. The take-up bobbins can be 600….1600 mm bobbins / 6 Tons. Take-up is double, with common traversing system and 50 m vertical accumulator in front (700 mm pulleys). Take-up is designed for 600 m/min, with 4 speed gear boxes. In addition: The line has an SZ cabling unit which can twist multicore cables in tandem with extrusion. Typical sections are 5 x 0,75 mm² to 5 x 10 mm². When making SZ and because the line is today equipped with one main extruder, you have to make bedding and sheathing in 2 passes. Possibility to add a bedding extruder when required. Extruders can process PVC/PE/XLPE and LSF/HFFR (2 screws are available) Pay-offs for the line are NOT included and must be added, depending on products to be made.
