High speed single twist cabler 1000 mm equipped with 4 backtwist type payoffs 630 mm. Line could naturally be used also for any other similar 4 cores cables, where tension control and back-twist is a key parameter. Ideal line for laying-up 4 pairs LAN cables • Pay-off : 4 x DIN 630 mm • Take-up : 1 x DIN 1000 mm Bobbins are taken between pintles and machines are equipped with built-in loading system. • Twisting speed : 600 RPM • Line speed : 18….180 m/min • Lay-length : 30….300 mm Each payoff bobbin is driven and wire tension controlled by rotating dancer. 4-core cables is pulled by an external rotating capstan and winding tension controlled by separate rotating dancer. WARNING : this machine had a 24h-2 m water flood. It must be rebuilt mechanically with new electrical panel. Documentation is available.
