SKALTEK Full Automatic Coiling Line (Year 2003-refurb. 2021), Model MP-400 Pure (Ref : A3FMAD)

Modern SKALTEK Midi Pac 400 Pure is a full automatic line able to coil/pack multi-conductors cables from 3 x 1.0 to 5 x 2,5 mm², with 50 or 100 m length. The production is 5 coils a minute with max. 350 m/min, with excellent length accuracy (120 km/shift). Typical coil sizes are : - OD : 390 mm - ID : 200 mm - H : 40....180 mm Standard cable is from 5 to 12 mm OD. The line is 100% complete with dribven payoff 2000 mm, overall strapper, plastic schrink tunnel, labelling and auto stacking on europallet with overall plastic film. Europallet is 1200 x 800 mm.
