Double take-up used for DIN 1000 mm bobbins. Has been used in line with final sheathing of products for automotive cables. The finished product was put on plastic bobbins directly, with overall plastic film cover. The bobbin is hold on shaft, and loading /unloading is with built-in lifting tables, electrical. Max. diameter : 1000 mm Max. speed ; 250 m/min Max. weight : 1000 kg The machine was used with an accumulator in from (125 m), located after min caterpillar of the extrusion line. It was working with right to left direction. Note : between accumulator and take-up was a small pulling caterpillar/counter to feed the take up while accumulator was working. This unit is NOT available as kept for another application within the company.
