RAMATECH 900-2800 mm / 8000 kg Rewinding Line, Year 2010, Model UWA 2800-8000 (Ref : XSZX7G)

RAMATECH (Switzerland) rewinding line manufactured in 2010. Suitable for rewinding cables from 900.....2800 bobbins 8T to 900.....2800 mm bobbins 8T, or smaller plywood. Bobbins are taken between pintles and driven by rubber tyre (rim drive). Maximum bobbin width is 1650 mm. Cable can be from 5 up to 50 mm. For small cables, there is a dancer control on pay-off (pneumatic tension, mutipulleys). For bigger cable, this dancer can be easily swivelled and pay-off is working on braking mode (by motor). Traversing on take-up is electronic. The line is equipped with modern counting system (belt type, close to bobbin) and dancer for tension control. Line is modern design and has the advantage to take very wide range of bobbins easily. It is perfect for final delivery drums rewinding.
